Description
Two different types of Chinese steamed buns, one smooth and round in shape, another with petal-like top. Both with different fillings. Can be sweet or savoury. Steamed in bamboo steamers. Another bamboo steamer has steamed meat dumplings, while the plate has three pieces of savoury steamed taro cake, pan-fried till cripspy on the outside.
