Description
The former French Concession is the geographical area of Sycamore-lined streets and alleys that make up what used to be the French-administered part of town late 19th century to mid-twentieth. Most of the streets are rather quiet, clean and romantic. You can enjoy the shade of the plane trees on both sides of the road and can feel the peace in the middle of the crowded Shanghai. It takes about a whole day. If you want a break, have a cup of coffee or enjoy several dishes at a roadside café or restaurant including `Cozy Wine Bar and Bistro` and Cafe del Volcan, Belgian Bistro and Beer Bar Belga. You can also visit some funky art stores, Tattoo shops alongside a popular streets.
