Description
Pavilion Milavida is located near the Notched gate and you can go to him for `Morning track`. There is also a road from the Great meadows along the side of prospect Avenue.The building is a passageway gallery with four small rooms at its corners, designed for recreation and entertainment of guests. Before the estate had several gazebos for visitors, but the gazebo of Milovida was considered the best.There are eight columns on each side of the gallery. The semicircular vault is decorated with a grisaille pattern-a beige-brown painting imitating stucco decor is used.Outside, you will see sculptural decoration in the form of statues of bacchantes, goddesses of Aurora and Venus, as well as medallions on the facades and sphinxes at the entrance.Pavilion gazebo of approximately Milovidy created in 1803 by the architect Ivan Gotovim. The building was restored in 2006-2007 by a group of Moscow restorers under the direction of architect Mikhail Golovin.
