Description
Bugenwilla (Bougainvillea) in the morning at Malaga Castle. Bougainvillea, otherwise known as angelica, is a genus of so-called primitive vines in the nightshade family (Nyctaginaceae). Their natural habitat is the tropical regions of South America. In Mediterranean climate countries it overgrows walls, openwork pergolas and other supports, and in our climate these plants are grown in containers.
