Disneyland Autopia Car Ride Editorial Image

Autopia is the only existing Tomorrowland attraction dating back to Disneyland Park’s opening day in 1955. The cars run on a track and the driver controls the speed with a gas peddle. Freeways were a relatively new transportation innovation in the early 1950`s and this ride captures the fascination futuristic road design of the open freeway. Over the years the cars have been updated, but the fun stays the same.
