Description
Hijras/transsexuals make a unquestionable part of Hindu society. A group of them took a part in Festival of Living Traditions of Mahabharata in Delhi, Indira Gandhi National Centre of Arts (IGNCA). That group came from Tamilnadu to perform a ritual during which they married one of the Gods from the epic Mahabharata called Iravat/Aravan, just to divorce from him the next day. Taken on the 16.02.2011. Festival ends on the 10th of March 2011
