Torn out of live rock, the trail tempts with fabulous views of thrill-seeking bikers and cyclists. The most spectacular section of the road is the section between St. Jean-en-Royans and Col de la Machine, which mercilessly cuts into the almost vertical wall of the ravine and runs through 11 short and narrow tunnels.
