This canon shows a beautifully modelled face of a dragon on it shooting end, found in Daulatabad fort. Daulatabad Fort, also known as Devagiri or Deogiri, is a historical fortified citadel located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. It was the capital of the Yadava dynasty & x28;9th century–14th century CE& x29;, for a brief time the capital of the Delhi Sultanate & x28;1327–1334& x29;, and later a secondary capital of the Ahmadnagar Sultanate & x28;1499–1636& x29;.
