Pictured is a scene in the Veteran`s Memorial Park in Irving Texas. On the left is a bronze statue of a male Coast Guard soldier in front of the black granite interpretive wall for the Vietnam War. On the right is a bronze statue of a female Air Force pilot in front of the wall for the Post-Vietnam Wars. All statues in the park are the work of the famous American sculptor and artist Paul Tadlock. The Veteran`s Memorial Park was dedicated in 2009 and honors the residents of Irving who paid the ultimate price defending the freedom of the United States of America.
