It is the famous Snake-mouth Cave on the top of Udaygiri Hill, Odisha, India. The Cave was carved out of stones approximately one thousand years ago. The Caves in this Hill have immense archaeological, historical and religious importance. The hill Udaygiri has a number of finely and ornately carved caves built during the 1st century. It is believed that most of these caves were carved out as residential blocks for Jaina monks during the reign of King Kharavela. It has a great tourist’s attraction.
