Bucharest - The Russian Church #19918630
Description
Located in downtown Bucharest, near University Square, the Russian Church was built in 1909 with the money supplied by Tsar(Emperor) Nicholas II to serve the Russians living in the capital. The church has seven onion shaped domes, which were originally covered in gold, and it's built in brick and stone. Today the church is known as the Students Church because of it's proximity to the University of Bucharest.
