Description
Olive-backed Pipit Scientific name: Anthus hodgsoni is a small songbird, similar in appearance to the forest pipit, with a body length of 15-16 cm. The upper body olive green has brown longitudinal stripes, especially the head is more obvious. The brow pattern is milky white or brownish yellow with a white spot behind the ears. The lower body is off-white and the chest has dark brown longitudinal stripes. When perching in the wild, the tail often swings up and down.
