The best is the unripe fruit of the grape, which has a sour taste. Ghora contains organic acids such as malic acid, formic acid, succinic acid, oxalic acid, glycolic acid and sugar, and because of its acidity, it has a sour taste. Ghoreh and Abghoreh are widely used in Iranian cuisine and are souvenirs of different cities in Iran.
