Description
The Iris was built in 1916 as Herring Lugger - built for the rough weather on the North Sea she fished the doggersbank for herring. Between 1920 and 1975 the Iris sailed the Baltic Sea. She carried cargo for years, but was rebuild to sail with passengers in 1975 and now as well as overnight trips and longer voyages the Iris offers suitable accommodation for day trips and corporate events such as management training.
