Description
Pictured is the Victorian-style Hotel Limpia, built in 1912 by the Union Trading Company in Fort Davis, Texas. It was named for a nearby creek. Later converted for use as apartments and offices, the hotel housed Harvard University personnel for almost 25 years. The Hotel Limpia was restored and re-opened in 1978. A Texas Historical Commission marker was erected in 1994. The American and Texas flags are blowing in the breeze in front.
