Title
water streams from a diving humpback whale's fluke #207591781
Description
I was in Antarctica on a 21-day cruise that was a photographer's dream of opportunities for wildlife spotting and exploration. On January 17 2020 we were exploring Charlotte Bay in a Zodiac en route to Portal Point when we encountered several pods of bubble-feeding humpback whales. The sounds were astounding - the rush of air and water from their blowholes the whales calling to one another and the display of flukes as they took turns diving and feeding. This was a morning I will never forget.
