Hurricane Irene Damages Quechee Editorial Image

Mark Collier / Staff Photo Adam Addler of Quechee spent the first 24 hours after flooding driven by Hurricane Irene's destructive stroll through Vermont shoveling several feet of mud out of the basement of his business, The Parkhouse Restraunt and Inn in Quechee Village. Tuesday, Addler rose with the sun, and amidst the early morning fog, began dragging the wreckage from the basement into the small parking lot behind his business.
