Description
Anatomy of fastening pegs and inside of the terracotta baked clay of Sakara drum. Sakara is a Nigeria, Yoruba, musical instrument consisting of goat skin fastened unto a shallow terracotta rim and tuned by short wood pegs along the rim. It is popular in West Africa, Cuba, Brazil and the Caribbean or wherever the Yoruba have settled.
