Description
After the destruction of the Krasnorechensk settlement by the Tatars, the local places were depopulated for a long time, only after 420 years, with the completion of the first stage of the Zakamsky fortified line (1656), attempts are made to develop our Trans-Volga region. At the same time as the Russian settlers, foreigners also settle here.Approximately, the village of Krasnaya Reka appeared in the early 60s of the 17th century. Mordovian settlements lived spravno, often not knowing the boundaries of their possessions, but as the development of the region, the Krasnorechentsevs had neighboring settlements, and the land began to be fixed more strictly. In the second quarter of the 18th century, Russian settlers began to settle here, to the entrenched foreigners, gradually settling the left part of the coast. It was on the left bank in 1773 that a wooden church was built in the village with the throne of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos. It is interesting that since that time, the village was tried to be named after the patronal holiday ââ¬â Pokrovskoye, but this name was not fixed for the village.
