Old Believer Orthodox Christian Church on Rogozhskaya Street in Moscow. Rogozhsky settlement, or Rogozhskaya Sloboda, is a very peculiar and unexpected district of the capital of Russia, Moscow. It is the center of the Russian Orthodox Old Believer Church, the spiritual center of one of the branches of the Old Believers – the popery of the Belokrinitsky Accord. In 1995, the Moscow government decided to create an architectural reserve `Rogozhskaya Sloboda`. There are several Old Believer churches on the territory - the Pokrovsky Cathedral, the Resurrection Bell Tower, the Church of the Nativity at the Rogozhsky Cemetery and the Rogozhsky Old Believer Community on the Rogozhsky Settlement Street are Objects of cultural heritage of federal significance.
