Description
Agama lizards live commonly in Subsaharan Africa. They are active during day and as typical for lizards they thermoregulate either basking on sun or hiding in shade to keep body temperature more or less constant throughout a day. This agama was observed on the outskirts of the Kakum National Park in Southern Ghana (Western Africa). It occupied a site with wooden logs, climbing their vertical walls at a great speed id threatened.
