Pictured is a small portion of the Kaloko Fishpond kuapa or seawall made of interlocking lava rocks on the Big Island, Hawaii. The seawall is five times more massive that the average fishpond wall in Hawaii. It stands 6.5 feet high, forty feet wide, and stretches more than one-eighth mile. It is located in the Kaloko Honokohau National Historical Park.
