You don't get to see these owls with brown eye too often. They are so cute as they stare at you as if they are angry birds! They are far from angry birds. It's a defense mechanism. Because they are so small they try to show you that they are displeased that you are in their territory looking at them. They know they are not endangered by us but still it's their way of talking to you. STAY AWAY! LOL Usually they come with Yellow eyes and they can be mosaic in nature, but to find one with big brown eyes is rare! This one is a beauty!
