Description
The use of angel`s trumpet as an intoxicant is common by means of smoking, tea preparation, or ingestion. Scopolamine and hyoscyamine are the main hallucinogenic constituents. Because the intoxicant is recklessly overdosed, poisoning and even death have frequently occurred. These include atropinergic effects, severe internal complications, and deliriant states.
