Upper aerial meteorological observations #226194649
Description
Upper air meteorological observations or what are often called upper air observations are observations of weather parameters in the upper layers, where upper air observations are obtained from Radiosonde observations and observations of balloon pilots. It should be noted that in 124, Colonel William Blaire of the U.S. Signal Corp. conducted the first experiments on measuring upper air temperature using a balloon. Upper Air Observations conducted by BMKG (Badan Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics), also used a balloon that was flown called a pibal which was then observed using a theodolite.
