Ikebana, literally means arranging flowers or making flowers alive, is an art in Japan that is also known as Kado. This old tradition usually refers to flower arrangement made as offerings in altars or ceremony. While often the arrangement is simple or modest in size, in certain situation, it can also be huge and intricate.
