This work visualizes the concept of cloud computing - when low-power computing devices (like the tablet shown on this photo) can make use of the great power of remote supercomputers (datacenters) which are located somewhere in the cloud, via Internet connection. One can use this approach to gain in computing capabilities (cloud browsing, game rendering in the cloud etc.) and for external, reliable storage (cloud storage).
