Description
Ruska Put Pass is a part of the ancient trade route that connected the Balkans with Kievan Rus. And it is also a great location for hiking. It is here that local rivers are divided into tributaries of the Dniester and Danube. This part of the Carpathians has long been used as the main route from Russia to Hungary. The Pikuya ridge is the decoration of the Carpathian Watershed. This ridge stretches for more than 30 km. There are spacious fantastic views in the direction of Transcarpathia, Lviv region, Polish Bieszczady. The ridge is dotted with picturesque rocks, and its decoration is beech virgin forests, which are spread under the meadows.
