Lake Most is an anthropogenic lake in the Ústí Region. It was created as a result of the reclamation of a former lignite mine and was named in honor of the memory of the royal city of Most, which was demolished due to lignite mining. The lake has an area of ​​311 ha, 2.5 km long and 1.5 km wide. The water level is 199 m above sea level. The maximum depth is 71 m and at an average depth of 22 m it has a volume of 69.8 million m3.
