Münstermaifeld is a small town in the Eifel. he town is the gate to Burg Elz with Burg Pyrmont nearby, too. From far across the Maifeld region the tall church in Rhine-Gothic building style, a mix of French and German e.g. Cologne Dom inspired architecture, is visible. The medieval water tower outside of old town is surrounded by roads and forms a weird kind of roundabout, where cars pass in both direction on each side
