A Breaking Wave, On The Pacific Ocean In The Tropics Royalty-Free Stock Image

A moderate-sized wave, approximately one meter or three feet high, at the moment of breaking on a sunlit afternoon. This was at a black-sand beach on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Though this image does not show exposed sand, you can see that there is something dark under the shallow water in front of the wave. The water in the curling portion of the wave is a dark green color. There is sea foam on the shallow water in front of the wave, and clouds in the background out to sea.
