This man has probably left his campaign to come to town to earn some money. The farmers are poor and many women leave their man alone in the rice fields for rent in many construction companies in Hanoi. This man will carry all day long in his cart of bricks, sand or cement bags for the construction of a house. The streets in the neighborhoods are so narrow, that no truck can not park there, or even deliver, then these men will look far enough sometimes stored materials.
