This photo was taken during the recent 2012 Judo Grandprix in Düsseldorf Germany. This event has become the worlds biggest Judo event with all World and Olympic Champions, past and present participating. It is also one of the last opportunities for athletes to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. This photo shows Ole Bischof of Germany on his way to a Gold medal and victory. The medals ceremony for Bischof and Schmitt.The bronze medals were won by Loic PIETRI (France) and Elnur MAMMADLI (Azebaidjan). Final: Ole BISCHOF (Germany) won by ippon with a leg technique (ko-soto-gake) against the French judoka Alain SCHMITT.
