The dogs open mouth is one of many which serve as rainfall drains for the seating area. Park Guell is a privatized park system composed of gardens and architectural elements in Barcelona, Spain. The park was built from 1900 to 1914 with the design assigned by Eusebi Guell to the renowned architect and face of Catalan modernism, Antoni Gaudi. It opened officially as a public park in 1926 and in 1984 was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site under `Works of Antoni Gaudi`.
