Pictured is a black and white photo of matador Antonio Ordonez Araujo inside the tasting room of Molino El Vinculo, an olive oil mill founded in 1755 and located near Zahara de la Sierra. Ordonez was a top bullfighter of his time and faced over 3,000 bulls in his career. He was born in 1932 and died in 1998 of liver cancer. In this picture he is holding the ear of a vanquished bull in his left hand and the knife that removed it in his right. His father was Cayetano Ordonez, called Nino de la Palma, the patriarch of the bullfighting Ordonez family.
