The Western gull is very similar to the California gull, the main, obvious difference being, the Wester gull having pink legs and feet, while the California gull has yellow legs and feet.nFound all along the Western cost of the United States down to the Mexican state of Baja California, they rarely are found more than a hundred miles from the ocean.nTheir diets are varied, from fish and squid to krill, the carton of sea lions and seals, to stealing food from peoples hands.
