Description
This European castle in Portugal was built by the Moors and is entirely made out of rocks on top of a step mountain peak making it a dramatic and breathtaking ancient landmark. The ancient architecture features a stone doorway that has steps leading down to a lookout window where it opens to a watchtower or watch tower called a turret. A classic architecture features a large lintel stone slab over the entrance is flanked by a wide variety of stones that are neatly nestled against it.
