This chapel is the scene of a centenary rite celebrated since 1890, every August 15 an image of the Virgen del Alba is uploaded to its chapel and on the 27th it is San Bartolomé who does it, for days later both images are lowered, accompanied by hundreds of pilgrims and groups of bagpipes, every September 8 to the parish church of Valadares.
