Description
Waxing gibbous moon (about 66% illuminated) as seen through a 80mm ED-APO refractor telescope (600mm focal lenght). Two major craters of the near side of the moon are featured near the terminator (day/night boudary): Copernicus and Tyhco craters, both of them featuring extensive ray systems visible in full-moon shots.
