The Loreley is a slate rock at the narrow Rhine passage in Mittelrheintal. South of Sankt Goar there is a huge camping site with a view to the Lorelei rock. North of the passage on the east side St. Goarshausen is located at the Taunus mountains. In Germany the exact location is called Rheinkilometer 555.
