Title
Chilean rhubarb or Giant rhubarb, 8. #244025216
Description
No matter what you call this prehistoric looking plant, it is Gunnera tinctorial, and is prehistoric, with fossil records showing going back to at least 95 million years. That is older than T. rex by 30 million years. In its native Chile, where the name comes from, it is eaten much like European rhubarb, or other traditional dishes.
