Concrete Water Pipes Stock Image

This is from a part of the river Tista in Halden, Norway. The concrete pipe in the picture had a leak so the river needed to be dried out in order to be able to repair the pipes. The pipes lead water under high pressure to a power plant used by a large paperfactory near by.
