Pictured is the tile information plaque for a public bath built in 1927 in Chefchaouen by the Quaid Ahmed Al-Masluhi. It is named the Al-Masluhi Hammam. Chefchaouen is a city in northwest Morocco noted for its buildings in shades of blue. It is known as `The Blue Pearl` and `the Blue City` of Morocco. The city was founded in 1471 as a small kasbah to defend against the Portuguese invasions of northern Morocco.
