Celosia is an annual plant belonging to the Amaranthaceae family. And originally from India.The size of the plant is 30 to 60 cm high, with a very interesting aspect. Its plumose inflorescences of varied color, being very common in yellow, red and violet colors, are very showy and colorful.This is a plant of great resistance to the sun, not presenting problems as to burns on its leaves and flowers, therefore, it is advisable to plant it in a very sunny place, so that the plant does a lot of photosynthesis and grows strong.
