The Yucca gigantea, Yucca elephantipes, is a fascinating tree because it can be a single truncked tree or have many multiple trunks growing out of the base, looking like the foot of an elephant, thus its name.Since this tree grows naturally throughout the Americas, many of the different local tribes have different ways of using the same tree.
