Paleisbrug revisited. De Paleisbrug is a hiking bridge with a citypark in `s-Hertogenbosch. It connects the neighbourhood Paleiskwartier with Het Zand and the inner city. The bridge is besides the High Line in Manhattan, New York, the second parkbridge in the world.From the bridge you see a skyscraper by the name of Jheronimus, and the undulating roof of an old warehouse, the shed-roof-complex of Interpharm. In the middle one of the little gardens on the bridge with a modern lamppost. The bridge is designed by Benthem Crouwel Architekten. The gardens and trees are made by a design of Piet Oudolf, also involved with the design of the High Line.
