Daniel Gibb Gibb Sanborn Warehouse 2 #250776505
Description
Daniel Gibb had two adjacent warehouses on Front Street in San Francisco during the Gold Rush area. The fact they are both made of brick, and on landfill, makes it all the more surprising they survived the earthquake of 1906. Two of the only ones that did survive.Still present here are the stone foundations and heavy brass doors, as well as the marble engraved street name signs on the sides of the building. As seen 29 June 2022.
