Hell`s Angels Ashbury Street San Francisco house 2 #251620225
Description
By the mid 1960`s, there were a lot of bands all around San Francisco. One of the newer bands at the time was Jerry Garcia and The Grateful Dead, who moved into a Victorian at 710 Ashbury Street in 1966. The San Francisco Hell`s Angels, hired to protect them, moved into 715 Ashbury Street, right across the street. The Angels liked it also, being just a block from Haight and the Hippies, there was a steady stream ion customers for other things, too.
