Ancient Roman marble statues in the Hall of Hercules, after Greek originals from the 4th century BC. In the foreground is a statue of Eros drawing a bow. This statue is a Roman copy of the time of Emperor Augustus 1st century AD and repeats the original sculpture by the ancient Greek sculptor Lysippus, who lived in the second half of the 4th century BC.
