Silver Spotted Skipper Posing Beautifully On Purple Flower In A Meadow Royalty-Free Stock Photography

This beautiful butterfly may look like a moth with her brown wings, but in fact is a silver spotted skipper butterfly. This little guy was seen sitting on top of this purple bee balm flower trying to gather food and also helping to pollinate any flower she could for the day. I love how you can see her eyes on her little antennas poking around through the plant. This picture was taken in the East Coventry township nature preserve outside of Pottstown in Pennsylvania.
